Can we expose the dmatrix groupgetter in java/scala?

Hi,

I’m working off of a fork of xgboost in order to expose the group getter for a custom ranking function.

Would it be possible to get off of this fork by exposing the group getter? See https://github.com/dmlc/xgboost/pull/4838
