MacOS ARM wheel for v1.3.3

Hello everyone!
Maintainers create a CI to build ARM wheels. Current release (v1.6) provide ARM version.
Can the maintainers run CI for previous releases to build and download MacOS ARM wheels for them?
It will be very important for people who can’t bump release version.

I’m afraid we don’t have a sufficient bandwidth to build MacOS ARM wheels for previous releases. (It took us nontrivial amount of effort to set up automated builds for the ARM platform; backporting it to previous version is not at all straightforward.) Please follow https://xgboost.readthedocs.io/en/latest/build.html to build XGBoost from the source if you need access to a previous release of XGBoost.
