Hi,
I am unable to install XGBoost in conda using the 32 bit whl installer as well. I have tried all possible commands on the prompt and I have attached an image with the command and the error shown.
I think the error lies in the architecture and compatibility of XGBoost libraries with 32-bit windows and I am not sure how to resolve it.

We do not support 32-bit Windows. See https://xgboost.readthedocs.io/en/latest/install.html, where we state that only 64-bit systems are supported. Sorry for inconvenience.
