Adding source code as tar.gz in pypi

https://pypi.org/project/xgboost/1.2.1/#files i see only whl files in the files. For older versions(1.1.1) i could see tar.gz as source files.

Will the same be done for 1.2.1 ?

I just uploaded the tar.gz file for the 1.2.1 release.
