Contributors page link appears broken

At https://xgboost.ai/community if I click on the button that says “XGBoost Contributor Guideline” then it takes me to https://github.com/dmlc/xgboost/blob/master/doc/contribute.rst (a github 404 page). Could anyone point me at the actual contributor’s guideline?
